The Forever Flight Alliance
An all-industry approach to decarbonize aviation using prize philanthropy.
Forever Flight Alliance (FFA) is a global coalition of public, private, nonprofit, and academic leaders and organizations advancing zero greenhouse gas emissions air transportation system.
New approaches to energy storage, zero carbon fuels, economical production and infrastructure and efficient aircraft design are urgently needed to achieve first net-zero carbon aviation and ultimately true zero carbon flight.
By collaborating with the XPRIZE the FFA aims to accelerate progress toward clean, quiet and infinitely sustainable aviation.

Solving Challenges
The Alliance aims to rapidly identify barriers to achieving zero carbon, determine concrete actions in order to enable permanently sustainable flight, and incentivize breakthrough technologies in the following areas:
- Zero Carbon Fuels
- Advanced Energy Storage
- Geniune/Trackable Carbon Offsets
- Atmospheric Carbon Removal
- Economically Viable Business Models
